• Email address: Provided through Paddle checkout, used for order delivery and support communications.
• Submitted photographs: Uploaded through our secure submission process for order fulfillment only.
• Support communications: Messages sent to our support email.
• Analytics data: Anonymized page-view data collected by Google Analytics (if configured) and Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers are included in analytics events.
• UTM parameters: Stored in session storage for anonymous conversion attribution. Not transmitted with personal data.

Photographs — Important Commitments

• Photographs are used solely for order fulfillment and support.

• Source photographs and delivered files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after delivery, unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention is required by law.

Consent and Ownership

By submitting photographs, you confirm that you own them or have explicit permission from every recognizable person shown. For photographs containing minors, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian or have documented guardian authorization.

• Paddle: Payment processing and merchant of record. Subject to Paddle's own privacy policy.
• Vercel: Website hosting and speed analytics. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics: Anonymized web analytics, if configured. Subject to Google's privacy policy.

GREENBORN INFOTECH is based in India. Data may be processed by our service providers in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international data transfers.

This service is not directed at children. Photographs of minors may only be submitted by a parent or legal guardian with appropriate authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.
